There is no design on the 38 inch piece of material at the head of the quilt. It\’s just plain. The pictures are not on the website. They tacked a 3 foot piece of plain material on top of a double or queen size quilt to make it fit a king size bed. Very disappointed.

The bedspread quilt is heavy enough for warmth, but not suffocatingly so. I like the vintage look of it and it reminds me of my grandma\’s quilts.

The bedspread is beautiful, well made and the colors are exactly as pictured. It has a lot of weight. The queen size is too big for a queen bed. My bed is not low to the ground, but it does touch the ground on all sides if you like that sort of thing. It did not come with a pillow sham. It\’s kind of odd since you would think a queen would come with two, but it\’s not true. Other reviews stated shams were missing as well. The point is that they can be ordered separately.
