The throw is very thin. It’s not the warmest I’ve seen, but it’s good to keep you warm while you watch TV. I put my feet on the bed to keep them warm. I put a blanket over it. It’s ok, but not what I thought it would be. They are always warm but this one isn’t.

Excellent product! It’s a good place to keep the recliner chair or favorite place on the couch. We bought these for our grandparents and they love them! With the cold snap we’ve had this winter, they both called to find out how much they’ve been using them in their recliners. The blankets are easy to carry. They are throw blanket size so they don’t take up a lot of room and don’t pose a tripping hazard to seniors or toddlers. The navy blue is a perfect color for any decor. If you’re lucky to catch this product on sale, it’s definitely a steal, but even if it’s full price, it’s still worth the money. It’s a great gift for a person who is hard to buy for but enjoys a movie night.

The blanket is very soft. I only had this blanket for a few hours and it\’s already glitchy. Does not get very warm despite being on the hottest setting. I was dissatisfied with the sunbeam blanket I bought a few months ago. I\’m assuming it\’s the brand and poor wiring that causes the heating to be inconsistent, despite following instructions.

It\’s absolutely perfect! I think it\’s a medium sized blanket. Even if you have arthritis, the button to change the heat settings is very easy to use. It has helped me with my circulation disease in my legs, and I have been sitting with it on my lap every evening. Make sure you talk to your doctor before you try that. The length of the cord is medium. I bought two different colors of this blanket.

This is soft and beautiful. I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter for Christmas because my daughter likes to sleep with her heating pad on, and this is much safer, because you can\’t feel the wires in it unless you fill them for them. It comes in a bag that looks like a blanket. That is in the gift basket for my daughter. I am in the washing machine. The washing machine is safe. The plug part is pulled off. The wires are in the blanket. I think about the future when I think about letting it air dry so it doesn\’t damage overtime, even though it says you can put it in the dryer. If you have a solar plug, the quality is great.

If you wear it snapped and like a wrap, there are straps sewed onto the front, chest area. There is no information on how to use the straps or what they are for. I wonder if I bought a \”second\” even though it\’s supposed to be new.

The problem is that the plug sits on the side of the blanket rather than the bottom of the blanket, so you get tangled in with your arm or leg on the left side. It\’s smaller than advertised. I will measure it. It runs on the smaller side of a throw blanket. Would I buy this again? I wouldn\’t. The extra $10 can be spent on something better.

When I ordered it, I thought the controls and size would be a problem. After using for several weeks, we\’re happy with the 4 hour timer as it\’s when we first get in bed that is the most cold, so we turn on 2 to warm up quicker and then turn back to 1. There is a small throw fleece blanket on top of the unit. We usually use the lowest setting for that extra warmth. It works well while watching TV and computer. Looking to warm up in the 40\’s so that I can have coffee on the porch with the windows open. This heat throw blanket allows us to get outside earlier in the winter. After trying, I bought 2 more. If Sunbeam had done a better job of describing the product, this electric throw would have been rated an all round 4 stars. I knew the product had to be plugged into an outlet. It would have been interesting to know that the plug in control was on the side of the throw. The control was not a separate box. It\’s not good for elderly users to lose control under the throw. It\’s important for manufacturers and retailers to use diagrams and measurements to inform their customers. The electric cord is made longer by manufacturers. Not all homes have well placed outlets. Sorry, got on my soap box, but listen and make my life easier, and I will tell the world that you have a good product. Thank you.

The blanket is soft. It\’s good quality and bigger than I expected. The stitching is very strong. It took seconds to feel the warmth, on the lowest setting you could definitely feel it, and on the highest setting you could definitely feel it. I think it\’s great that this has an auto shut-off set for 4 hours. I will use it before I wash it. If you want a personal heated blanket for sitting on the couch while reading a book or watching TV, this is the one for you. It was very soft and warm.
