I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to because I am so happy with my purchase. I bought a basketweave in king size. The description said it was 120 x 120. Maybe even more generous. With the 26 rise of my bed, the bedspread does not touch the floor, but I am confident that even after I wash it, it will cover down past the frame. I don’t want a dust ruffle and this is important to me. There is a lot of length for a pillow turn. The weight of the spread is perfect in my climate. It is comfortable. Our bed was too hot after I replaced the microfiber spread. The spread is lightweight, but not flimsy. It’s a little heavier than I thought. If the need arises in another room, I would purchase another like it. Quality, size, weight, comfort, and value make it a winner.

The quilt’s size, weight, and color are great. In the summer, you don’t need a blanket under it, it’s just right. To reach the floor of my double bed, there is a lot of quilt to tuck under the mattress. I didn’t rate that aspect because I haven’t washed it yet.

The density and weave of a very lightweight BLANKET is what I wanted. If you need a lightweight blanket, the quality is excellent, and it’s great to have a truly woven 100% cotton product. The photo makes it look bigger than it is. I don’t call it a bedspread density because Weave is so soft and loose that it can be held up to light. I wish this was the density of the traditional Matelasse bedspreads I have found in the past but can’t seem to find today. It was given 4 stars because of the quality, but it is a misleading picture.

My bedroom was decorated several years ago and one of the colors was a rust shade, but it was not the main color. Black was a good replacement color. I didn\’t want the heavy quilted spread. I wanted it to be a light weight cover. The woven spread meet the need for the width I needed. The corners drag because of full width. Since I sew, I rounded them myself. It worked out well.

I just bought a queen size set for my king size bed and I love it. It has been difficult to find an oversized coverlet because we have a very deep mattress and topper. The queen size is 120 x 102 and I was able to put it on our bed since the edging is the same all around. It looks great, it falls the same all around. It washed and dried perfectly, I love the color of it. The weight is not heavy. There are a couple of throw pillows with the queen shams. Very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a Q size bedspread, but it doesn\’t fit my bed. It\’s small and looks like a F size bed. I put it in the dryer to get some of the fuzz off of it, and it was so full I couldn\’t believe it. I called MySaveMall to complain and they told me to return it, but I already took the tags off and put it on the bed. What a waste of money. I wouldn\’t buy from this vendor again.

The bedspread has a warm cozy feel after being washed. It\’s huge! It\’s so large that it\’s easy to fit over my king size bed, and I wanted to use it as the bedding for our large futon in the den. The navy blue doesn\’t fade even after being laundered. It is recommended that you clean the lint trap in your dryer at least once half-way through the first wash/dry cycle. If you have a dryer like mine, the lint trap is full and you can\’t dry anything. I had to clean out the lint trap half way so the dryer had enough circulation to dry the bedspread. Even though the bedding has been washed and dried, there are a few spots with loose threads on it. I don\’t know how well it will hold up in the long run. For using as bedding in a spare room, a futon, or any other area that\’s more for gusts or those visiting just occasionally it seems fine. If this bedspread went through the laundry frequently, there would be problems with the stitching coming loose and the hems coming undone.

For people who don\’t like heavy covers, this is a great blanket. One suggestion I have is that the king size blankets have some marking on which edges are top and bottom. It is difficult to tell when a bed is being put on.

I bought two of them in burnt orange. The lint screen needed to be cleaned 5 times. I was hoping the second washing would be better, but it wasn\’t. They take hours to dry in the dryer. It is likely that they will ruin the dryer or cause a fire in the dryer vent. They would have been perfect if not for that. Absolutely do not recommend.

It does not drag on the floor. I use it in my washer and dryer. I washed it before I used it, so I don\’t know if it shrunk, but it was a good size and I didn\’t need to size it up. Maybe you would want to size it up if you want it to cover your entire bed. There is no pilling or shed yet. It\’s great for spring and summer because it\’s lightweight. In the summer, I pair it with bamboo sheets. I need to add another blanket now that it\’s fall. I think I will pair it with a piece of furniture. The top layer is pretty to look at.

If it shrinks, I\’ll still have a short bedspread, but I\’m afraid to wash it right away because it\’s 100% cotton. I\’ll have to wash it, so I\’ll use cold water and keep my fingers crossed.

The bedspread is brighter than pictured. It initially had a strong smell. I dried it on the lowest heat after washing it in cold water. By definition, a bedspread should reach the floor, but after washing it now sits over six inches from the floor on each side.

I only washed the shams in cold water. I fluffed the air on the drying rack.
