I like the blanket. I would have thought that winter would be included in the “all season” blanket. They might have thought of a milder winter closer to the equator. It will be part of my blanket scheme. I mostly pick this blanket from the price range because of it’s color. It would have been nice to have an all season blanket.

It\’s not too hot and it\’s not too cold. It has a strange smell when you first open it, but a good washing takes care of that. On warm nights when a heavier blanket is too hot and just a sheet is not enough, it should serve it\’s purpose.

I don\’t think it\’s a big deal as the bed it\’s on doesn\’t have thick mattresses. You might want to size up if you do. I am buying more for guest beds after buying a great purchase.

I wanted the blanket to be ivory. The purple blanket is shown as an ivory one. It is very confusing. I took a chance and ordered the one with the picture of the purple blanket. I received the ivory one. It\’s lovely. It came out perfect after I washed it. Didn\’t shrink. Didn\’t lose much. I\’m very pleased with the blanket, but you need the word purple with it, and the word ivory with it.

It has a good weight and color. It doesn\’t cover the bed because it has shrunk 10 inches. I washed it more carefully than I was told to. I hung it up even though it said it could be machine dried. I put the dryer on for a few minutes because it was still damp. The picture shows how much it has shrunk. It covered the entire bed before I washed it. I bought another one because I really liked it. I didn\’t put that one in the dryer because it was too small. I don\’t think this blanket is a good idea.
