We use only high quality compact yarns which are smoother and finer than the normal ones. The 60s organic compact yarns that we use are the best available ones for cotton pillowcases and shams, making them ultra lavish, smooth and fine. 300 Thread Count Thread count refers to the number of horizontal and vertical threads per square inch. Generally, the higher the thread count, the softer the cover, and the more likely it will wear well-or even soften-over time. Our Pillow Cases are made of a 300 thread count with single ply yarn for utmost softness and added strength. Extra Long Staple Fibers are only used. Extra long staple fibers yield finer, longer and smoother yarns. As with cotton, longer staple fibers are the best because fabrics made out of such fibers fray less, pill less, wrinkle less, and even fade less than fabrics made with their short-staple counterparts.
