Not as described in the purchase title. It is a great comforter for year round use. It was a good buy for the money. I noticed some loose threads, which means I\’ll be stitching it up sooner rather than later. It will go to my son\’s queen bed because it doesn\’t fit my California king. It isn\’t even an alternative material. It\’s a cheap cotton comforter. If the description matched the item, I would be happy.

The color is indicated. There is no way this is a king comforter. This will work for you if you like that blanket. I like the weight of a blanket. I have some hang on either side of my queen bed, and queens seem to barely cover the bed, because I order up on comforters. . The comforter hangs over each side. It would have been the size of a full if I had bought a queen size. I will be buying another one from another company because I am able to work with it.

I bought this blanket in king size because I wanted it to cover my entire bed so I didn\’t have to worry about my feet getting cold when I throw and turn in my sleep. It keeps me warm and light so I don\’t get sweaty in my sleep.

Lindsay reported in May 2020 that the red is more of a burgundy and the California king barely fits her queen size bed. The on-line description still says \”Red/Gray\” because the manufacturer changed the packaging to say \”Burgundy/Gray\”. For my situation, it worked out great for me because I was looking for a Dark Red, so Burgundy actually goes better with the curtains in my guest room. The California King Bed is 72” x 84” and is 183 X 213 cm. The California King bed has a length of 84\” and this comforter has a good length. There is no way this comforter would fit in a King size bed. Lindsay mentioned that the \”King\” comforter barely fits the Queen Size bed in my guest room. Again, the packaging says – 102\” x 86\”. If a California King mattress is 72\” wide, then only 7 of the hang on each side would be left. This comforter works great for my needs, it\’s an inexpensive Dark Red (Burgundy) comforter for a Queen Size bed that has a nice weight for the cold months in Virginia. The two Burgundy/Gray pillow shams are definitely King Size. I took off one Star because if someone is looking to purchase a \”King/Cal King Red/Gray\” this description is misleading and could lead to disappointment like Lindsay had in 2020. There are little threads on both sides of the comforter that get caught on my arms and legs, and they get caught on my dog, but this could have been a five star item for me. Not nice. It\’s soft and I like the colors.
