The bedspreads are similar to long coverlets. They don\’t go to the floor side to side. There are plenty of long footboards. Disappointing. You will need a bed skirt if your bed shows both sides.

This is a very cheap bedspread. A matelasse is made with a tight weave. The spread is made with a loose knit, it feels like a jersey knit, and I can see it falling. The sides are better than the top. I did not measure the full size before I washed it. It is now 88×110 after being washed. The edges will be curled up, so be prepared to iron them. The color was sweet pea. I don\’t want to return it since it\’s the exact color I need. The price is cheap and so is the item.
